T̶H̶I̶S̶ ̶W̶O̶R̶K̶S̶ ̶D̶I̶F̶F̶E̶R̶E̶N̶T̶L̶Y̶   (Former This Might Not Work) is a chain of performances, presentations, lectures, and beneficial experiences organized by Hami Bahadori, Jo Kjaergaard, and Arash Akhlaghi (Helsinki, Finland) and Justen Waterhouse, Brandon Aleson (Seattle, WA, USA). The group functions as a semi-collective of international artists and activists from different geographies. The aim of the series is to promote young artists, researchers and activists. The emphasis is laid on the fusion of theory and practice in presenting alternative ideas both inside and outside of the conventional art system while practicing togetherness.
T̶H̶I̶S̶ ̶W̶O̶R̶K̶S̶ ̶D̶I̶F̶F̶E̶R̶E̶N̶T̶L̶Y̶  stared under the name This Might Not Work in 2015, when Hami Bahadori and Matt Bell were students at the University of Washington, School of Art, Seattle Washington.
